Deberah B. Kelley has been named executive vice president of wealth management at Mechanics Bank. Previously, she served as senior fiduciary officer in the Trust & Investment Management division at Exchange Bank

Pamela S. Nachtigall has merged her Sebastopol accounting practice with Baldwin, McGaughey & Co. CPAs. She will work in the firm’s Petaluma office.

Dr. David Vidaurri has been named assistant physician in chief for finance at Kaiser Permanente Medical Center in Santa Rosa. He joined the Permanente Medical Group in 1998. Previously, he served as chief of the Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation department.

Mia Shirley has joined Friedemann Goldberg LLP as an associate attorney at the Santa Rosa law firm. She graduated last year from William & Mary School of Law.

Sama Hershey Davis has joined Edgewood Partners Insurance Center, or EPIC, as vice president of employee benefits. Previously, she was an account executive at Woodruff Sawyer & Co. and an employee benefits account executive at ABD Insurance and Financial Services.

David Castleberry has joined Morgan Stanley’s Wealth Management office in Napa as a vice president and financial advisor. Previously, he worked with Wells Fargo Advisors.

Douglas H. Bosco has been appointed to the board of directors at First Community Bank. Bosco, who practices business and regulatory law at Hansen Bridgett LLC, is general counsel and an investor with Sonoma Media Investments, which owns The Press Democrat.

Alexander Valley Healthcare has elected officers for its board of directors: Tim McDonald, a retired human resources specialist at Watkins Pharmaceuticals and Paramount Pictures, chair; Peter Turbott, retired corporate attorney, vice chair; Brooke Greene, former assistant director at the Cloverdale Senior Center, secretary; and Jenine Saunders, AVH chief financial officer, treasurer.

Nick Hansen, an accounting manager at Moss Adams, has been named board president of Santa Rosa’s Wednesday Night Market. He has served on the organization’s board since 2011.
